Laboratory

• Chemical and physical analysis methods such as DSC, TMA, FTIR, Karl-Fischer Sames
• Hardness and viscosity analyses
• Particle size analyses (laser or screen analysis), microscope analysis, colour analysis
• Execution of textile coating tests and testing of adhesive power and stability, for example after washing, chemical cleaning or steaming
• Testing of corrosion and chemical resistance

Engineering centre

• Execution of textile application tests for hot-melt adhesives with different coating technologies (for example scatter coating or a hot-melt incl. laminating system or powder point machine)
• Formulation of paste recipes
• Metal coating
• Hot/cold grinding and compounding of small quantities
